Off Limits

So far the list is, Mangelsen's and Nobbies (of course) and also HyVee, Dodge Street from SaddleCreek to 50th, Bakers, Blockbuster, and now most likely this blog. All places with halloween decorations too scary for my oldest one to go into. This might be a long two weeks.

OH! I KNOW! We often stop at Walgreens on the way home to pick up something and, dang, its like a horror movie in there. Who thinks it is ok to have bloody monsters and cut off hands hanging out in plain view. Pumpkins, yes, but nightmares for my kids, no thanks.

ben's new most-repeated phrase is "costume scare me." halloween now rivals the night of july 4th for most-annoying holiday for our family. i'm just going to blinders on ben whenever we go out from now until the 31st. sigh.
